Running Center Policies

Shipping costs

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. You may get a quote on any of the products by clicking the "details" button and then selecting the shipping quote tab.  Enter your zip code and it will give you the available service levels (overnight, ground etc.) and the approximate rate.

When you check out, all of the items in your cart will be combined if possible and you will recieve the final shipping cost.  At that point you will be able to select expedited shipping or regular ground and that amont will be added to your total upon final checkout.

Order processing

Upon receipt of your order, it will be shipped via UPS ground on the next business day (Monday through Friday; excluding UPS designated holidays). If expedited shipping is selected we will attempt to ship it the same business day provided the order is recieved prior to 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail when we expect the order to ship. Generally, all backordered items will ship within 7 to 10 days from receipt of order. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

Returns / Exchanges

You may return any item purchased on our website either by mail or in person at any one of our four retail locations in Southern California. We do not refund shipping charges. A Return/Exchange Form is included with every shipment. Please indicate if you want an exchange for a different product (size or style), or if you would like a refund on your credit card. Please include this form with your return. Conditions for return:

  • Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase in new, unworn condition and in the original packaging and/or with the apparel tags, if applicable.
  • Customers are responsible to pay for all return shipping costs.
  • SALE items can only be returned for store credit.
  • A 10% restocking charge will be applied to any returns over $250.00.
  • If you believe the product was defective, please indicate what the problem is and every return will be subject to inspection before a credit or replacement item is sent.

Sales Tax

The Running Center complies with all relevant state and federal tax regulations. Sales tax is added to all orders for California residents.
