Run through Redlands 10K & 5K
Jayme Ambos ran both the 10k and 5k in the Run through Redlands. She
started off with a 4th place finish overall in the 5k, clocked at 19:50. An
hour later she missed the start of the 10k by a minute and a half and still
finished third overall. With a time of 43:48. The winner went 42:44, do the
math!
On a side note Jared Bain, an employee at the Redlands store led 5k from wire to
wire and finished with a time of 16:53

San Diego 1-Day Race
12 hour relay
Hospitality Point, San Diego, CA
Our 6 runners not only placed 1st overall, they did it with an 8 MILE lead over
second place. Their average pace over the 12 hours was 5:51 per mile and a
total of 122 miles were run. Very impressive! Congratulations to Tony Herr
(team captain), Ryan Craig, Eric Frome, B.J. Bottomley, Aaron Olswanger and Wes
Smith.
